Audrey's website beyond the worlds   sells products from recycling such as bags, hangings, candles, recycled paper, notebooks, suspensions or any other decorative or everyday objects from other recycled objects. And craft items such as fondants, candles, stained glass or other accessories. 

The customer declares to have read the general conditions of sale and to accept them before placing an order. The validation of the order implies acceptance of the general conditions of sale. Atelier.douves.fr reserves the right to modify its conditions of sale at any time. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the order by the customer.

Article 1 - The customer

The amount ultimately invoiced includes the price of the products, packaging and shipping costs. The mention VAT not applicable will be indicated on the invoice. L'Atelier des Douves reserves the right to modify its prices at any time and without notice. It is up to the buyer to check the conformity of the price during the validation of the order. Orders made before the price change will not be affected and will therefore be at the prices indicated when ordering. The products remain the property of Audrey beyond the worlds  until full receipt of the invoiced amount.

Article 4 - Electronic signature

The online provision of the buyer's credit card number and the final validation of the order will constitute proof of the buyer's agreement and payment of the sums due under the order form, signature and express acceptance of all operations. carried out. Article 5 - Order

Article 6 - Payment

Article 7- Method of dispatch and delivery

Orders are sent within 24 to 72 hours during the following period: Tuesday to Saturday. For example, for an order made on Sunday, the shipment could be made between the following Tuesday and Thursday.

The delivery times are those announced in the T&Cs of the service providers, either La Poste © or Mondial Relay © with delivery to a relay point. 

Delivery means the transfer of the package from Audrey beyond the worlds  until physical possession by the buyer or control of the property.

The products ordered are delivered according to the following terms:

The products are delivered to the address indicated by the buyer on the order form, the buyer must ensure its accuracy. 

Any package returned to the seller due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address will be reshipped at the buyer's expense (even in the case of free shipping in the event of a purchase over 80) or not refunded if no return is desired. 

The buyer can, at his request, obtain the sending of an invoice to the billing address and not to the delivery address, on simple request by email to the following address martin.audrey777@gmail.com.

In the event of the buyer's absence on the day of delivery when ordering by colissimo, the buyer must follow the procedure of La Poste © indicated on the transit slip within the time limits indicated. If the buyer does not pick up the package, no refund can be made. 

If at the time of delivery, the original packaging is damaged, torn, opened, the buyer must refuse the package and inform us within 24 hours by email at  martin.audrey777@gmail.com. 

In the event of a damaged colissimo arriving without your presence in your box, you must return it the next day to a post office so that it can be returned to Audrey beyond the worlds. Without respecting these procedures, no refund or dispute could be made. 

Some laws limit the import of certain products. Please find out about the legislation in force in your country before ordering on the site.

Customs or import taxes are due as soon as the package reaches its destination country. You must pay any additional customs clearance fees. We have no control over these taxes and cannot predict them, customs policies vary from country to country. Please contact your nearest customs office for further information.

All our promotions are valid for the legal period in force, on the items indicated. Applicable promo codes are valid only once per customer.

Article 10 - Satisfied or Refunded​

In this specific case, only products that are intact, complete, unopened for safety and hygiene reasons, unused and in their original packaging will be reimbursed. Please note that the risks of loss and/or deterioration linked to the return of the item remain the responsibility of the customer, as well as the shipping costs with insurance up to the amount of the value of the item(s) returned.

For defective products, which have been used under the conditions provided for their creation, you have 30 days from receipt of your package (the postmark or the arrival of the package at a relay point as proof), to request the exchange or refund thereof. Important: Due to our artisanal production, the products sold are in fact extremely limited or unique series. An exchange on an item of the same value is then possible after discussion and validation by us.
